A high-performance Windows desktop application for editing, organizing, converting, OCR scanning, and cryptographically signing PDF documents. Engineered with zero external network leakage and standalone offline license validation.
Every tool inside NexTech PDF runs on native, battle-tested PDF rendering and document manipulation engines running completely on your local workstation.
Ultra-crisp sub-pixel vector rendering powered by native C/C++ PyMuPDF bindings. Smooth page scrolling, bookmarks navigation, text search, and multi-tab workflows.
Full control over document layout. Reorder page sequences with visual drag-and-drop, merge multiple PDF sources into one file, extract target ranges, or rotate orientation.
Convert PDFs to editable Microsoft Word (`.docx`), Excel spreadsheets (`.xlsx`), PowerPoint decks (`.pptx`), and image sequences (PNG/JPEG) locally without uploading documents to external servers.
Transform scanned paper archives and non-selectable image PDFs into fully searchable, indexable documents using embedded Tesseract optical character recognition.
Enterprise cryptographic signing complying with PAdES standards and digital certificates. Supports AES-256 document password protection and granular permission flags.
Irreversible visual blackout and structural sanitization. Redacted text, metadata, and image layers are destroyed at the byte level to prevent forensic recovery of confidential PII.
Verified desktop specifications for optimal performance on Windows workstations and enterprise laptop fleets.

How to activate your NexTech PDF desktop application using the Central Licensing Authority.
Upon purchase or administrator allocation, you receive a cryptographically unique 24-character license key formatted in six 4-character blocks:
Download the signed 64-bit Windows desktop installer from your authenticated Client Portal or via administrative distribution. Run setup to completion.
Launch NexTech PDF on your workstation. In the prompt modal (or Help > Licensing), input your 24-character license key and click Activate Workstation.
The Central Platform verifies your key, binds your workstation hardware fingerprint, and issues an Ed25519 signed offline lease stored encrypted via AES-256-GCM.
